Anxiety and Depression—calm the mind and awaken the body through breathwork, meditation and yoga poses that open the heart, build core strength and stretch the back and shoulders.
Back Care—strengthen muscles in the back and shoulders; improve core strength, which is essential for back health. Develop an awareness of the habits and postures that contribute to discomfort.
Chronic Illness—pre-registration required; find your capacity as you work within your limits; very gentle therapeutic yoga and breathwork to help you make the most of your abilities; class size is limited to assure individual attention to each participant. End a Work Day—relax mind, body and spirit as you stretch, strengthen and open; increase core strength for improved resilience.
Mature Bodies—stretch and relax as we adapt yoga to your body; refresh yourself inside and out; designed for those of us with more than 35 years of life experience.
Reubens Woman—for women who weigh more than 20 pounds beyond what is “recommended;” includes breathing exercises and poses for stretching the body, building core strength and finding humor and joy.
Fees
Drop-in (single class at the studio)--$15 per class.
Five Class Pass--$60, expires six months after purchase, transferable within a single household (for example—may be shared by husband and wife).
Private Class—at the studio, $60 per hour; contact Charlotte for rates at other locations.
Private classes for individuals or groups are available at the studio
or at other locations. Please call for more information.
