Stand Tall, Sit Tall

Create space within your spinal column and your vertebrae will thank you. The use of computers, desk work and driving all contribute to rounded shoulders and tight muscles—which then distort our posture, make us look much older than we are and actually cause us pain.

Sit with your feet on the floor and avoid crossing your legs. Crossed legs pull the hips out of alignment, pull on the spine and back muscles and impede circulation. Can any of these results be good?
