Dare to turn off the television, the radio, the cell phone, and the voices of “should” that live within your mind. Experience quiet. We all have within us an inner voice that can guide us in making choices that are right for us—if we listen. (Mine has never been wrong, but then I have not always listened!) This voice is best heard when we let our minds be quiet, a huge challenge for busy multi-taskers. Practice--you will be amazed at the wisdom now within you.
